The future is 4K

This month the RDI team were wowed by our first look at Panasonic’s 4K TV. We had heard nothing but good things about this bit of kit but we weren’t prepared to see it in action, in all its 4K glory.

Quite simply the Panasonic TX-L65WT600B is an outstanding 4K television, boasting a huge resolution with THX certification and its USP is that it is the first TV of its kind to use 60 frames per second.

This TV is elegant with a very slim silver frame, the TV feels like a premium TV with its brushed sliver finish, and even at this size the TV looks sleek and none obtrusive.

Not only does it have a stunning picture it also has the latest smart TV platform from Panasonic, so you can enjoy the likes of BBC iplayer on this fantastic TV. All the connections are easy accessible as well as the button controls. The television is extremely easy to set up, you are guided through the installation by the TV with screen prompts.

The product is easy to use, the remote is well laid out and not a chore to use. The TV menus systems and TV guides are easy to use and are un cluttered. The Panasonic TX-L65WT600B is the future of TV’s the set itself is expensive but it is a phenomenal piece of technology and is definitely worth the price tag. The product is outstandingly well made. It feels substantial yet retains its elegance and sleek design effortlessly.

The only negative on this product at the moment is the distinct lack of 4k content at the moment but this will change soon.
